2. Premium Coaching (1:1)
This option is designed for those that need more accountability, and are ready to make a serious change. You’ll receive everything in the Standard Online Coaching option, as well as a weekly 1:1 Coaching Call with Renee, our Head Nutritionist & Personal Trainer.
These coaching calls will be tailored to YOUR specific goal, weather that’s habit change, weight loss/gain, nutritional education, stress management, or something else entirely. This option is highly recommended for those new to the gym or meal plans, or those that tend to fall off track easily.

3. In-Person Training
In-person Personal Training Sessions are available with Dana at Les Mills Auckland City (Victoria Park).
This is an optional add-on to our Online Coaching options, and is recommend for those that need help with their technique, or need that next-level accountability to stay on track.

Do I have to do coaching alongside this?
The Ascend program is designed to fit around an extremely busy schedule. Set aside 10 minutes a day, 4 times a week, and you’ll have it complete in 12 weeks.
